Before we can consistently honor the dignity of others, we need to understand our own. In this workshop, we’ll turn the lens inward to explore the strengths, blind spots, and patterns that shape how we show up—especially when we feel challenged, overlooked, or under stress.
Using the Dignity Model as a framework for self-reflection, you’ll identify where honoring dignity comes naturally to you, where you may have room to grow, and what happens when your own dignity feels threatened.
You’ll walk away with:
A clearer picture of your dignity strengths and areas for growth
Greater awareness of your blind spots and patterns
Insight into what triggers you and how you tend to react
Tools for noticing reactivity before it drives your behavior
One personal area of focus for practicing dignity more intentionally
Nov 6 12:00-1:30 EST
Workshop 2 of the six-part Dignity Learning Journey. This session will not be recorded.
